Analyze needs and suggest, when necessary, works re-planning and re-programming. - Coordinate work of contracted suppliers.
- Supervise quality of all applied materials and services in the job and their adhesión to the Project through scheduled site inspections.
- Supervise services of electric and hydraulic facilities, as well as their commissioning and start-up.
- Hold weekly meetings, duly registered by minutes of meetings identifying the attendants, with the parties involved in te work.
- Perform a final inspection fro final acceptance of the service and follow-up pf eventual pending (punch list) items.
- Elaborate a final report closing the works costs and financial close out on behalf of client.
- Follow services delivery to the productive/administrative área (at start up) help in contracts’ closing.
- Provide the eleaboration of the Final Technical Report.
- Coordinate final Project clouseout.
- Revision of GC Project cost Budget and cost tracking.
- Coordinate the submission of the “as built” plans.
- Operations “set-up” managment.
- Clouse-Out and owner training.
